How to fix Computer that fail to Start
In this post, I will explain to you how to handle issue when Window fail to start.
Today, we will go though the most simplest way: Re-install Window
First Option: Reset by Window 10 function
Window 10 provide end user with very useful function: Reset/recover your computer.
You can easily set your computer as clean as it's just installed Window.
The Interface is simple and easy to use; so you will get used to it right away without knowing much technical knowledge.
You can find guideline in internet, like this one from Microsoft support page.
Unfortunately, your computer may fail to start completely, all you see is a blank screen. At that point, you may want to try below method:
Final Option: Reinstall with Ghost
1/ You need a Hiren Boot disk to start computer:
- You can create one following this topic:
- Main page to download Hiren boot disc (high speed)
http://www.hirensbootcd.org/hbcd-v106/
(I suggest version 10.6, which is smaller and easier to used, with Norton Ghost inside)
(version 15.2 DO NOT contain Norton Ghost)
2/ Then, you can follow above instruction to use Norton Ghost to backup/recover your disk.
