Thời gian gần đây nổi lên vấn đề ở đồng bằng song Cửu Long, thay đổi khí hậu gây hạn hán. Mình thiết nghĩ cần hành động để đóng góp gì đó cho xã hội. ĐB SCL chắc chắn không còn lượng phù sa dồi dào như trước đây khi thủy điện đầu nguồn mọc lên như nấm. Như vậy để bù đắp lượng phù sa đó, chắc chắn đất nông nghiệp cần phải dùng phân. Vậy phần ở đâu ra: - Phân hữu cơ tái chế tại ruộng lúa. - Phân hóa học (ko nên xài nhiều). - Phân tái chế từ thực phẩm thừa. Hiện tại ở VN vẫn chưa có hệ thống phân loại rác rõ ràng; gặp tính người Việt lại hay nấu ăn thừa, như vậy mỗi ngày lượng rác sinh hoạt khổng lồ đó bị phí phạm, lại trở thành rác gây bốc mùi ghê gớm. Character apostrophe ('), or single quotation mark, has special function in MS Excel. It is used to indicate that the following character is stored as text .  And it's NOT display when it's used in that function. Example: The original number: 0123456 By default, MS Excel will omit the 0 digits at start of number If you want to keep digits 0, you can put apostrophe (') at the beginning of the number (no need to change format to text ). add ' to keep digit 0 So far, we have known the function of single quotation mark, but it's may be annoying sometime. As it is not visible, you may miss the value of the cell, which contain ' at the beginning. We can't display character ' at the beginning of cell value  For normal user, this would be OK. But for me, work with data that start with ', it's really annoying. Anyone who has the same problem with me, I hope you can find the solution and share with me :) Have a nice day!
