Study ODATA protocol and relating topics







1/ ODATA
when I search for ODATA by Google, I got this link first (and it seem to be good resource):

And ops, it's very good link to start ODATA.
It instructed you step by step to study about ODATA. All you need is to follow it. And have studied ODATA one time, before I enter this link. The first time was a training, conducted by my senior SAP developer in my company. He prepared slide and demos, he use one demo tool, but I think it's not as good as the tutorial in above link.

Following the instruction, I'm using Postman chrome app to study about ODATA. Studying programing cound't be easiser. Here's a screenshot of it:

Khung bố cục 1/3 Khi chụp ảnh, ta thường nghĩ nên để đối tượng ngay chính giữa bức hình, nhưng rõ ràng ta nhận ra chụp theo bố cục 1/3, đưa trọng tâm bức hình nằm chếch qua một bên sẽ có được bức ảnh ưng ý hơn. Implement Search field with case-INSENSITIVE by SAP UI5

Hello guys, Continue to read if you're sapui5 developer, or you work closely with UI development. At the time I write this post, SAP UI5 and Odata does not support filter with case sensitivity. Odata provide some filter parameter that help you to filter with case-INSENSITIVe. However, you hardly modify the URI of ODATA service in your font end SAP UI5 code. Most of us use API provided from SAP , we only provide the parameter to API function, then let the API from SAPUI5 library handle the ODATA service URL. In short, I mean we cannot, or hardly, modifying the odata GET request as we want, but use the standard API instead. Return to the main topic, we need to write a function to filter the ODATA get request so that we get the returned data filtered as the way we want (filter with case-INSENSITIVE).
